Refund Policy

We want you to love your MerleAnn pieces, but if something’s not quite right, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unused, unwashed items in original packaging. To start a return, email us at merleannbamboo@gmail.com with your order number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement if requested. Final sale and discounted items are not eligible for return.
